Pizza Haus in Ruesselsheim

We are regular customers and have ordered our standard pizzas again. One of the pizzas arrived with canned mushrooms, which I absolutely hate, when we called back the employee lied to us boldly and claimed that they were fresh mushrooms, although we ordered two identical pizzas, the mushrooms in comparison, in consistency and taste clearly from the Can. The pizza goes in the garbage can and they heard / saw us last time. Instead of coming to meet the customer, you are even cheekily lied to. Corona sends its regards, there are plenty of other catering companies that we do support with our orders.

Very very dissatisfied. I just complained because my pizza got canned mushrooms, even though my husband's had fresh mushrooms. They say no, they are not canned. They would have forgotten to bake them and fried them and put them on top. I insisted that it was canned mushrooms, I explained to them that I can't eat them because I am allergic to them. He insisted there are none out of the can. I said they taste weird I can't eat that and I think it's a shame to spend money on something I can't eat. He said I'm sorry and that was it. They came and didn't meet us at all, instead just lying to us. We were satisfied for a long time, but now I'm really disappointed. We don't order anymore.

The 1.5 hour waiting time is too long because our lunch break was already over. Everyone is now allowed to work hungry all afternoon because we cannot take a second lunch break. No-go!

1.7 km from the pizza house to me ... in the back corner of Rüsselsheim it would have been further ... still there was a minimum order value of 15 euros (because Raunheim), although I had previously ordered several times without a minimum order value. My order would have been around 12.90 euros. Apparently they have enough customers. For me it was the last time. One star is for taste - you won't find any service here ... So, I was there again in person ... apparently the owner has really changed. i.e. I can't really judge the taste, since no pizza is delivered ... (so this 1st star also gone). If it really is the case that the owner has changed, the new owner should learn a lot from the old one.

Ordered 1 pizza with pepperoni sausage and mushrooms and a tuna fish salad from Lieferando on 09/27/2020. Promised delivery time 6:45 p.m. Called the restaurant twice around 7 p.m. The driver would have lost his way or a traffic jam or something. The driver came at 7:20 pm. Just got it all. When opening the pizza box we see a pizza with ham and rocket, half warm. But the salad was fresh from the fridge. The pizzas are actually really good, but the delivery service is a disaster.

Was there for the first time today and ordered a salami pizza. Have to honestly say I am disappointed, this has nothing to do with pizza. 7 small slices of salami and just dough, honestly only tasted like dough and nothing. The pizza had no amore.

Great pizza! Best pizza in the Rüsselsheim district. Thin batter, crispy edge, nice and hot baked. The pasta was also very good. Service in the restaurant has to be worked on. Inattentive staff although nothing was going on. The dining table was very sticky and the remains of sauces were visible.

Great service and delicious pizza ?. Order or eat locally at least a few times a week. Always my pleasure...

Today for the first time since ordering pizza and what can you say, the taste with good will a two. The dough doesn't work at all, since it was partially burned and the pizza was very soft. This is a nogo and was not worth the money. Once and never again

Ordered by phone, should be there after 30 minutes. Waited another 30 minutes after arrival and given the wrong pizza! Very insolent, this shop doesn't even deserve a star. I should go there again for replacement, travel time there and back 30-40 min. That was the last time ...

6 pizzas + dessert ordered, I was told that I can pick up after 30 minutes. After 35 minutes I was there and they hadn't even started ordering again for another 30 minutes When I arrived at home we found that 1 pizza was wrong, so called again instead of the correct pizza being delivered to me (because it wasn't our fault) Does it mean we do not deliver to Hochheim The first and last time

Very nice place and fair prices. Delicious pizza despite the oregano in the tomato sauce. 4 stars and not 5 for that reason, in Italy you don't put oregano on pizza. However, the pizza would remain another 1000 times. Congratulations to the pizza maker, who also speaks Italian.
